Explore the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Subdivision Civil Works to support our in-house Civil Subdivision Works. 

Some of the key accountabilities will be:

You will be involved in a range of complex land subdivision challenges and responsible for managing our project stakeholders including Local Government, consultants, utility service agencies and civil contractors

An understanding of the land subdivision process, from site acquisition feasibility through to construction and registration of titles;

• Worked with a tier one or tier two civil or building contractor;
• Ability to research and analyse development and construction issues and propose solutions;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Excellent understanding of OH&S, environment and quality to ensure compliance to project KPIs and pro-actively manage project risks and issues.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Formal Civil Engineering qualifications
• Ideally have 10+ years civil subdivision knowledge and experience
• Experience with Private residential Developer/Builder in NSW
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work across several project
• Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Be driven and want to progress your career
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
