We are a fast growing builder and developer involved in turn key projects. Due to the growth in our work we are looking for an experienced and reliable construction manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, implementation and scheduling of multiple projects
- Direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions and requirements
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Analyse, manager and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction
Requirements
- Degree in construction management / Civil engineering
- Proven working experience in construction management of town houses / high rise and infrastructure development
- Knowledge of construction management processes
- Expert knowledge of construction details
- Experienced in conflict and crisis management
- Experienced in quality control
- Leadership and resource management skills
- Time and project management skills
